Tom Hicks is an Advisory Board Member and Business Development Officer and Investment Banker with more than 40 years of experience across real estate, financial services, investment industries, and business development. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Tom has built a career centered on relationship-driven dealmaking, capital formation, and long-term value creation.

After relocating to Salt Lake City in 1980, Tom completed his Master's degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University and went on to establish himself in the financial services industry. For 22 years, he built a successful book of business as a Retail Financial Consultant with major Wall Street firms, specializing in asset gathering, high-net-worth conservative portfolio management, and pension plans. During this period, he also assisted several companies with IPOs and private placements.
