Throughout his career, he built a reputation for bringing together business leaders, investors, developers, and public-sector stakeholders to advance complex opportunities across markets and jurisdictions.
Percy previously served as CEO of Hanover Merchant Bankers and also worked with Rothschild as a merchant banker in Frankfurt, Germany. His background included strategic advisory, international business development, productivity-focused turnaround work, and leadership in ventures requiring both commercial vision and government-facing experience.
